The yard of the East Broad Top Railroad lies dormant, like it has for much of the past 5 years. The narrow gauge railroad ceased operations in the 1950’s and in 2011 saw the last public tourist excursion. Not much has changed since. The steam locomotives sit in shelter awaiting their next duty. These hoppers sit in the yard on this night exposed to the cold and blowing snow.
