NIGHT SIGNALS » Triple Seven approaches the PRR style position light signals at Lilly on the mainlines West Slope.

LILLY LIGHTS

A northbound is lit to proceed at Summit on the former Norfolk and Western H Line in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
Eastbound trains when seeing these signals know they have reached the summit of the Alleghenies on the former PRR mainline. From here it’s all downhill.
